He treats every client’s investment like it’s his own, going above and beyond to make the process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free from start to finish. Together with his wife, Sarah, he co-owns New Again Houses Dallas (a house-flipping business rehabbing homes in their community), giving him a real-world investor perspective that adds valuable insight for his clients.

Richie and Sarah have been married for 34 years and are now enjoying their empty-nest years, working together to help others find success through real estate.
