Texas Historical Commission Home built in 1905 by David Martindale for a family member as shared in the Official Historical Medallion in front yard of the L-Plan Cross Gabled Cottage. This L-plan home designed with wood siding, turned columns and pressed metal skirting that is present today. The front porch also in L-plan design offers a sitting area welcoming to the front door of the home that opens to the cozy areas inside.
